Cabi.Chat Announcements
Announcements distribute your posts to public Telegram groups where such posts are welcome. Your oracles carry them, and the groups themselves set the pace: a post goes into a chat only after the conversation there has moved on.
What it takes
Posts, groups, Telegram account oracles that are members of those groups and allowed to write there, and a Swappable agenda. Your oracles join the groups first, for example with a Join chats campaign. How it works
The announcer works in waves. In each wave it looks at every group and takes only the ripe ones: never posted before, or enough new messages since your last post. "Enough" is set per group from its activity, never below a floor. A quiet chat is not flooded.
Order. Linear rotates through the groups. Magnet goes to the largest groups first.
Speed. Speed changes only how long the announcer sleeps between waves. After a wave it estimates when each group ripens. x_fast wakes at the first, fast at the 25th percentile, medium at the median, slow at the 75th, x_slow at the last.
Delivery. Send as a message, or turn on forward mode in the campaign card to forward the original. Forward mode keeps the post as it was sent, formatting and custom emoji included. It works only with posts sent through the Dump Chat: if any post of the campaign was saved privately with /post, the campaign does not start in forward mode. Sent as a message, custom emoji stay only when the oracle has Telegram Premium.
Within a wave posts go out one group at a time. A group where your oracles cannot post is skipped, and its rating shows it.
Replies. Replies to your posts are answered under the campaign's Swappable agenda. When someone later writes to the oracle's account about a post, the oracle recognises it and continues under the same campaign.
After the send
Posts removed by a group's moderators are counted, so the group's rating shows where your posts are not welcome. Every sent post is kept in the campaign's Sent workspace.
