Cabi.Chat Inbox — Human handoff
Human handoff is how an oracle calls you into a conversation. The oracle answers on its own most of the time; handoff is for the moments it should not decide alone.
When the oracle asks for you
- the person asks for a human;
- the matter needs a decision only the owner can make: money, exceptions, complaints, anything legal;
- it has searched the graph and cannot help.
What happens
- The room in your inbox gets a handoff requested badge with a one-line reason, written so you can act without reading the whole chat.
- You get a Telegram message from the Cabi.Chat bot: who asked, why, and a link straight to the room.
- The oracle tells the person a human has been asked to join. It promises no time, and it stays on the line and keeps helping meanwhile.
Handoff is a notification, nothing more: it does not disconnect the oracle. If the person keeps waiting for a long time, the oracle may remind you again; it does not flood you.
Closing it. Answer in the room, as the oracle or with the oracle silenced: Cabi.Chat Inbox. Handoff: mark handled in the room's ⋮ menu clears the badge.
Shaping it. When the oracle asks for you, and what it says while it waits, are instructions in its agenda. Edit them like any article. link
