FE pipeline: Write articles and posts
Web app as of 2026-10-15
API layer: API pipeline: Write articles and posts
Goal: write an article or a post in the web app or the Telegram Mini App, with images and translations; choose who sees it; edit, archive or delete it.
Steps
- Open Cabinet → Articles (or Posts) → New.
- Fill the form:
- Title on top, then Content (markdown). The editor toolbar has Insert image: pictures upload and land in the text.
- Under the title: Add location (a city). Rubrics: pick a rubric, go deeper with Subcategory, tap Add.
- Language: EN / RU / ES — the language you write in.
- Project: the project the card belongs to.
- Visibility: Public / Unlisted / Private. For Public or Unlisted also pick Who can see (Everyone / Signed in) and Audience rights (Read, Write, Execute; Write only for Unlisted).
- Optional: handle (
@a.…/@p.…), Target workspaces.
- Tap Create. The arrow next to it chooses Auto translate into the checked languages or Don't translate.
- The card opens. Edit it any time from the card: the language table shows each language (Show, ★ Canonical, Stored, Auto); Save or Discard.
- Archive or delete: in Cabinet → Articles / Posts, open the list of all your cards, use the card's menu → Archive (back with Unarchive; archived ones under Archived) or Delete.
What you see
- Public or Unlisted without a project: the form says "Public and unlisted cards must anchor to a project" and will not save.
- Public without Who can see: "Pick who can see a public card".
- Translations appear a little later, marked as automatic in the language table.
- Posts are sent to Telegram groups by an announcement campaign that carries them (announcements pipeline).
