FE pipeline: Tag cards with rubrics
Web app as of 2026-10-17
API layer: API pipeline: Tag cards with rubrics
Goal: tag your cards with rubrics and find cards by rubric, in the web app or the Telegram Mini App.
Steps
Tag a card.
- Open the card's form (New, or edit an existing project, article, post, board or workspace).
- In Rubrics pick a top rubric, go down with Subcategory (L2), (L3) …, tap Add. Remove a chip with its ×.
- A city goes under the title: Add location.
- Create / Save.
Find cards by rubric.
- Search → the filters button.
- In Rubrics tap + Add rubric and pick one or several: any rubric within a group matches, and every group must match.
What you see
- Rubric chips on the card; the city under its title.
- You can add your own rubrics and rubrics open for marking (the shared public taxonomies are). Someone else's rubric that is not open can be added only after its owner shares it with you for marking. Removing a chip always works; rubrics already on a card stay when you save it. Rules: API pipeline: Tag cards with rubrics, section B3.
- Your own rubrics and their tree are made through the API.
- Moving a card through stages (a rubric that takes one child at a time) and adding and removing several rubrics in one step: through the API: API pipeline: Tag cards with rubrics
