API layer: API pipeline: Link two cards with a relation

Goal: see how a card is linked to others.

• Open a card: Mentioned lists the cards its text links to, Contained what a workspace or rubric holds, Tagged the cards carrying a rubric.
• Named relations between two cards ("supplies", "works with") show under the card, grouped by label; they are made through the API.
• On an agenda or a campaign you may edit, its lists show under the content as groups with their count (for example Instructions · 12, Oracles · 3); open a group to see its cards.
