FE pipeline: Share cards through access links

Goal: share cards with chosen people or agendas through an access link; manage it. API: API pipeline: Share cards through access links

Quick link from a card

  1. On a card, press and hold the link icon (a tap only copies the card's address). Access links opens with the links that already share it.
  2. New link with this card: a read-only link anyone with the URL can open, no sign-in.
  3. Copy link URL next to a link, and send it.

A link with rights

  1. Cabinet → Access Links → New.
  2. Fill in:
    • Permissions r / w / x;
    • Link publicity: Everyone (anyone with the URL reads, no sign-in) or Ecosystem (signed-in people get access in their account). "Write/execute grants require Ecosystem."
    • Who can claim (Ecosystem): People, for their project (default), Agendas, Both;
    • Targets: your cards (search, or paste a link, @handle or nonce);
    • Max openers (Ecosystem only, empty = no limit), Expires at (e.g. 2027-01-01T00:00:00Z).
  3. Save, then copy the URL from Access links on one of its cards (hold the link icon) → Copy link URL.

More cards into links: select several cards → link button Assign to link → tick the links.

Manage: Cabinet → Access Links: each tile shows its rights, number of targets and status. Tile ⋮ → Revoke (the link stops; its holders lose access) or Delete. Rights are fixed once made: for other rights, make a new link.
