API pipeline: Archive, restore or delete your cards

Goal: put cards you no longer use out of sight, bring them back, or delete them for good.
Steps
- Archive.

Works for any card you can edit (you own it or hold write).

Also for articles, posts, docs, sheets, boards, workspaces, campaigns, oracles, agendas, api_endpoints, secrets, links, rubrics, coupons.
Behind
- Archive changes nothing else: the card keeps its visibility, links, grants and history.
- Delete is permanent and cannot be undone: the card is removed together with its places in workspaces, the access shared on it and its likes. When in doubt, archive.
- Stop a running campaign or oracle before you delete it.
Rules
- 404: not found, or you may not change it.
- Restore: 400
