Most advertising is a guess. In Telegram groups, people say what they need in plain words every day: «can anyone recommend an electrician?», «looking for a nail master near the centre», «need a plumber today». The Cabi.Chat radar listens for these messages and brings them to you.
How it works
- Where it listens. You pick the public Telegram groups: your own list, or groups you find in Cabi.Chat search by place and topic.
- What it listens for. A few keywords describe the request: what people ask for («plumber», «plumbing») and how they ask («recommend», «need», «looking for»). Exclude words drop what you do not want, such as «vacancy» or «hiring».
- What you get. Every fitting message lands in your matches, newest first, with its group and a link to the original.

Example
A plumbing service in Dubai used to post offers in its channel and wait. Now it runs a radar over local expat and housing groups: keywords «plumber, plumbing, leak» together with «recommend, need, looking for», excludes «vacancy, job». It sees the people who ask - someone with a leak in a new flat, a building manager looking for a regular contractor - while the request is fresh, and answers the ones that fit.
