Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using this platform you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Continued use after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check for updates.

2. Nature of the Service

The platform is a beta-stage software service. It is provided as-is and as-available. No warranties of any kind are made, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, uptime, accuracy of results, or uninterrupted operation. The platform is in active development. Features, pricing, behavior, and availability may change at any time without notice.

3. The Platform Is a Tool. You Are the Operator.

The platform provides technical infrastructure for lead discovery and managed outreach within the Telegram ecosystem. The platform operates its own accounts as a neutral technical layer. You configure the campaigns, define the intent, and supply the knowledge base. You are the operator of your campaigns.

You are solely and entirely responsible for:

• Ensuring your use of the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction where you operate
• Ensuring the nature of what you are promoting is lawful
• Ensuring your targeting and outreach comply with all applicable laws including without limitation anti-spam laws, data protection regulations, consumer protection laws, and Telegram's own terms of service
• Any consequences arising from campaigns you configure and launch

The platform does not review your campaign intent for legal compliance. The platform does not provide legal advice. The platform is not your compliance officer.

4. What the Platform Does and Does Not Access

The platform finds publicly visible Telegram group messages that match your campaign configuration. Platform-operated accounts may initiate contact with individuals based on those signals. Conversations that develop, including incoming responses, are accessible to you via the platform interface.

If you connect your own Telegram account as an oracle, the platform operates that account on your behalf: it reads and sends messages in the conversations and groups the oracle works in and joins the groups your campaigns name. You can disconnect it at any time. Otherwise the platform does not access your personal Telegram account. The platform does not access private messages outside of conversations conducted through platform-operated accounts on your behalf.

Your Own Telegram Accounts

You connect your own Telegram accounts at your own risk. We strongly advise against connecting your primary personal account; use a dedicated account intended for business use. Telegram may restrict, suspend or terminate any account operated through the platform. The platform is not liable for any such action or its consequences, including loss of access, contacts or data. You remain responsible for compliance with Telegram's terms for every account you connect.

5. Views and Statistics

Cabi.Chat shows project owners how their pages and cards are found and seen. When you are signed in, the pages and cards you open and the cards shown to you (in the feed, in search results, as mentions) are counted in these statistics. This is part of the service you use under these terms: it applies from the moment you sign in and cannot be switched off while you stay signed in.

Project owners see only aggregated figures, never who you are or your individual activity. What is recorded, how long it is kept and your rights are described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use the platform to:

• Promote illegal goods, services, or activities
• Target minors
• Conduct harassment
• Circumvent Telegram's terms of service in ways that could expose the platform or other users to harm
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or extract platform infrastructure

Violation of acceptable use terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice and without refund of any balance.

7. Payments

What you pay for. Prices are in USD and are published in the price list:

• Pro for a project: a monthly membership of one project.
• Pro plans: Pro for up to 10 projects, monthly or yearly, or as a one-time lifetime plan while it is offered.
• AI usage: the AI requests of your own oracles and campaigns, at the price in the price list, on every plan.
• Custom work: only when agreed with you separately.

The platform does not charge per lead, per contact or per result.

Your balance. Every charge is taken from your account balance, which is kept in USD and shown as USDT. You top it up in advance:

• Telegram Stars, in the Cabi.Chat Telegram bot. Each package shows the amount it adds to your balance before you pay. Buying Stars is subject to Telegram's terms.
• Crypto: TON, USDT on the TON network, or Bitcoin, sent to the deposit addresses shown in your profile. TON and Bitcoin are converted to USD at the market rate when the deposit is credited; the platform does not guarantee any specific rate. USDT is credited 1:1. Only native TON, USDT issued by Tether on the TON network, and Bitcoin are credited; other tokens are not credited, and the platform does not guarantee their return.

No bank card or other fiat payment methods are offered. How to top up: How to make a deposit.

On deposits: Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, it cannot be reversed by the platform or by you.

On renewals: Pro and plans with a period renew from your balance on the due date while auto-renew is on. You can stop auto-renew at any time; what you have paid for runs to the end of the paid period. If your balance does not cover a renewal, the membership lapses and the projects go back to Free; nothing is deleted. Charges for a period that has started are non-refundable.

AI usage is prepaid: The AI requests of your oracles and campaigns run only while your balance covers them. When it does not, they stop using AI until you top up. The platform does not provide AI on credit, and no debt is created.

On unspent balance: The platform does not guarantee return of unspent balance. Requests for return of unspent balance on account closure are handled at platform discretion and are not guaranteed.

Balance nature: Your account balance is a service credit. It is not a financial instrument, a deposit in any regulated sense, a currency, or an investment. It carries no interest and has no cash value outside the platform.

Partner program. The platform may run a partner program, including one with several levels, in which partners receive a share of the payments that users they referred (for example, with a partner coupon) make for the platform's services. Participation is free: no purchase, Pro included, is required to join or to remain a partner. Shares are paid only from actual payments for services, never for recruiting as such. Income is not guaranteed. Partners are responsible for their own taxes and must disclose their partner relationship when they recommend the platform. 8. Disclaimer of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform, its operators, owners, and affiliates are not liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Lost revenue, lost leads, or lost business opportunities
• Outcomes of any campaign, whether the campaign succeeded or failed
• Actions taken by Telegram against any account, including suspension or banning
• Service interruptions, data loss, or errors
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Any consequences of outreach conducted through the platform

Your use of this platform is entirely at your own risk.

9. Cryptographic Identity

Your account may be associated with an ed25519 key pair. This key is yours. The platform does not custody your private key and is not responsible for its loss. In future the platform may participate in a broader federated protocol not operated by or affiliated with this platform. Any such participation will be optional and subject to separate terms issued by that external entity. The platform makes no guarantees regarding external recognition, portability, or compatibility of your identity at this time or in future.

10. Termination

The platform may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason including but not limited to violation of these terms, suspected illegal activity, or platform discontinuation. The platform is not obligated to provide notice prior to termination.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
Any disputes arising from use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
