FE pipeline: Choose whether your visits are measured

Goal: as a visitor who is not signed in, accept or decline the measuring of your visits, and change your choice later. What each choice records is set out in the Privacy Policy: Privacy Policy
Steps
- Open any Cabi.Chat page without being signed in. A box at the bottom says «Cabi.Chat would like to measure your visits with an anonymous identifier kept in this browser. If you decline, we only count page views, without recognising you.», with a link to the Privacy Policy.
- Tap Accept or Decline. Both are equally easy, and the app works the same either way. The box does not come back in this browser.
- Change your choice: Profile in the bottom bar → Privacy settings. «Your current choice:» shows visits are measured, declined, only page views are counted or, before any choice, not chosen yet, only page views are counted. Tap Accept or Decline to switch.
Notes
- The choice is kept in this browser: another browser or device asks again, and clearing this site's data resets it.
- Signed in, the box and Privacy settings are not shown: views are part of the service under the Terms of Service. In the Telegram Mini App you are usually signed in, so the box is not shown there either.
- Owners see visits from people who declined as a separate count in their card stats: FE pipeline: See who viewed your card
- Nothing to call through the API: the choice lives in your browser.
