How to create a radar
A radar catches real requests with little noise when its words are written well. This guide is about the words. How a radar works: link

1. Write keywords as plain fragments
Lowercase, without hyphens, # or emoji: messages are compared that way, so ланч-бокс never matches and ланчбокс does.
2. Roots, not word forms
- Cut the changing ending and keep the root:
фотографcatches фотографа, фотографом, фотографы;экскурсиcatches экскурсия, экскурсию, экскурсии. - Keep roots specific. A short root hides inside other words:
турalso matches «культуры». Useтурагентor full forms instead. - Phrases only when they are fixed:
правильное питание,детский сад. If the first word of a phrase changes its ending («организация праздника» / «организацию праздника»), half the messages slip through: use the root of the key word instead. - Add the words people actually write: everyday names and the other languages your clients use (
dentist,nanny).
3. Start with one group
Start with one group of service words. Add a second group, such as a city, only when you serve that place alone: a message must then hit both, so each extra group narrows the radar a lot.
4. Exclude what is not a request
Typical sets: vacancies and job posts, sale and rent offers, group service messages (welcome, rules, deleted messages), ads and mass mailings, adult content, payment and crypto spam. Watch words that also start real requests: one exclude drops the whole message, so excluding ищем removes vacancies, and also «ищем фотографа на свадьбу».
5. Tune on real matches
Read the matches for a day or two. Every false match points to a word to exclude, every missed request to a root to add.
- New matches sit above the Seen up to here line, so you read only what came in since your last visit.
- Long-press a word in a match to add it to the keywords or the excludes.
- After a new exclude, the radar offers a sweep: it evicts the matches the new words would now drop. Evicted matches move to the radar's Evicted workspace instead of vanishing.
