FE pipeline: Listen to Telegram groups for people who need you: create and tune a radar, work its matches and make first contact (draft, send, auto outreach)
Web app as of 2026-10-24. API layer: API pipeline: Listen to Telegram groups for people who need you: create and tune a radar, work its matches and make first contact (draft, send, auto outreach)
Goal: listen to Telegram groups for people who need you: create and tune a radar, work its matches and make first contact.
Before you start: a Pro project. For first contact also a Telegram account oracle (FE pipeline: Connect a Telegram account as an oracle (phone → code → 2FA), start and stop it, sign it in again when Telegram asks) and an agenda.
Create
- Cabinet → My Campaigns → New, Kind: Radar.
- Pick the Project and the Telegram groups (groups or presets). Finding groups: FE pipeline: Submit your Telegram groups, find groups by keyword, place or rubric, vet them and attach them to a campaign. Leave the groups empty to listen in every public group Cabi.Chat hears.
- Keyword groups: words comma-separated within a group; «A message matches when it hits every group.» Write them lowercase, without punctuation.
- Exclude groups: «A message hitting any of these is dropped.»
- Optional Outreach («an oracle can message matched correspondents»): pick Oracles and the Agenda it writes under.
- Create, then Start on its tile.
Work the matches
Tile ⋮ → Show performance opens the matches with a search box. Order: By date added (newest first) or By fit (most like your canonical matches first; it asks you to set canonical matches first). Each match ⋮:
- Set canonical / Unset canonical: mark the matches you want more of.
- Evict: move a bad match out; it teaches the radar what you do not want. Folded near-copies: Evict all duplicates (n).
- Draft outreach (outreach on): add Instructions for this draft (optional), tap Draft; Redraft until it reads right, then Send. The oracle writes to the person; the conversation appears in Rooms.
- Mark as reviewed: takes a match you have dealt with out of the list; folded near-copies go with it. In Advanced Options tick Show reviewed to see them; there Back to matches returns one.
Many at once: the ⋮ at the right end of the bottom bar → Select, tap matches, then the ⋮ on the selection bar → Mark all as reviewed (with Show reviewed on: Return all to matches).
Select a word in a match to Add to include keywords or Add to exclude keywords.
Advanced Options: Fuzzy Deduplication folds near-identical matches (slider sets how close); «Evict n matches hit by current excludes» → Apply cleans what new excludes now drop. Top source groups, 14 days: a tile with the groups your matches come from, ranked By matches, or By fit when the matches are ordered by fit; tap it to see the groups with matches · authors.
Automatic outreach
After 5 canonical matches, edit the radar and tick Auto outreach («matched correspondents get contacted automatically»); until then it reads «mark 5 canonical matches first (n/5)». Every first message is an AI run; its cost shows in your AI spend: FE pipeline: See your AI spend
The radar picks up edits while it runs.
Where your matches come from
Open the Top source groups, 14 days tile, then the ⋮ at the right end of the bottom bar → Select, tap the groups you want and the star (Save to workspaces) on the selection bar: a workspace of them to use in an announcement campaign (FE pipeline: Post your posts into groups at a pace set by their traffic and follow what was sent and deleted). The groups list exists only while you came from the radar page; after a reload open it again from there. The same through the API: API pipeline: Listen to Telegram groups for people who need you: create and tune a radar, work its matches and make first contact (draft, send, auto outreach), step 8.
